All proteins will be purified following protocols well established during the Yeast Structural Genomics Pilot project (Quevillon-Cheruel et al., Methods in Molecular Biology, 2005). In brief these consists of a combination of:

  Ni-Affinity chromatography in native or denatured conditions
  Gel-filtration step (under different buffer conditions)
  Concentration of protein samples by filtration/ultracentrifugation

Delivery: 1 to 2 weeks

Price: 50 Euros per protein. Add 20 Euros per order for registration and delivery fees
