Proteins will be expressed in the E. coli bacterial expression system (T7 promoter, IPTG induction). A number of experimental conditions will be tested:
  3 different temperatures (37, 25 and 15 °C)
  Different host strains (Gold (DE3) and Rosetta (DE3) pLysS and Gold(DE3) with molecular chaperones overexpressed (pGKJE3 reference: Nishihara & al. 1998))

Expression will be followed by SDS page (total and soluble fraction for every test).
