Target analysis

Prior to the experimental study, a complete sequence analysis can be performed, using public and in-house software, in order to determine the best possible construct for successful expression and structure determination (determination of domain boundaries, verification for unstructured regions etc.). This analysis can also lead to hypothesis on the biochemical and/or cellular functions in cases where these are unknown, and to hypothesis on the fold (including molecular modeling of the 3D structure whenever possible).

Price: 150 euros/protein sequence.

Access to e-lab.

Inside of the project we use an electronic lab book, which allows the storage and browsing of experimental procedures. Customers having proteins studied in the platform can be provided a limited access to this system in order to follow experimental progress. This is especially relevant for crystallization screening.
